Yes, we offer white glove delivery service for large furniture items at an additional cost. This includes in-home delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging materials.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom-made and assembled furniture may have different return conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty details are included with your product documentation.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
